Meet Dixon
Dixon Wolfe is a nonprofit manager with a background in organizational leadership, operations, and team development. A lifelong Midwesterner, he moved to Northeast Wisconsin after college to be closer to his family in Marinette County and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.
At just 20 years old, Dixon became a restaurant manager, gaining early experience in overseeing staff, managing budgets, and streamlining daily operations.
He led the Chick-fil-A in Green Bay, where he was responsible for business performance, personnel management, and community engagement.
Currently, Dixon leads strategic initiatives and operational planning for a nonprofit organization, applying a results-driven approach to program development, stakeholder engagement, and organizational growth.
He recently married the love of his life, Grace, and they reside in Howard, Wisconsin. Dixon has served on the Brown County Board of Supervisors as the incumbent since April 2024
